Built by engineers, for builders
HYEHOST began in 2021 with a simple premise: hosting should be predictable. Our founders, having managed infrastructure at scale, were frustrated by providers who treated uptime as a marketing promise rather than an engineering discipline. They wanted a platform where processes were as important as ports, where support tickets were answered by people who understood BGP, and where transparency wasn't an afterthought.
We started in the UK Midlands because it offered the right combination of connectivity, power stability, and operational excellence. Our first racks were hand-provisioned, documented, and monitored with the same rigor we apply today. As we grew, we maintained that engineering DNA: every switch, every server, every policy exists because it solves a real problem for our customers.
Today, we serve SaaS companies, network operators, and research teams who share our values: reliability through redundancy, clarity through communication, and progress through partnership. We're not the biggest host, but we're the one you can count on when things matter.
Principles that guide every decision
Infrastructure first
We invest in proven hardware—Arista switching, Supermicro compute, dual power paths—because shortcuts cost more in the long run.
Operations discipline
Change windows, runbooks, peer review, and monitoring tuned for fast detection and faster rollback.
Human support
Tickets answered by the same engineers who build the platform—no tier-1 scripts, just direct expertise.
Radical transparency
Status pages, network diagrams, and honest SLAs because trust is built on truth, not marketing.
Teams that need predictable infrastructure
Builders & SaaS
Stable compute, IPv6-first designs, and clear bandwidth policies for teams focused on product, not plumbing.
Network operators
BGP communities, delegated rDNS, and IP leasing for teams that speak routing and need clean space.
Research & labs
Custom ISOs, out-of-band access, and configurable topologies for experimentation without production risk.
