Frequently Asked Questions

What is a “hosting account” in reseller plans?

Each hosting account is a full plan for one end‑customer with its own users, mailboxes, domains and limits. It’s not a subdomain/alias; it’s a separate, isolated account you manage. Your plan includes a number of accounts, and you can add more for a small fee.

Can my clients host multiple domains?

Yes. Each account can host multiple domains and subdomains, subject to the resources (CPU, RAM, storage) assigned to that account.

What control panel is included?

Enhance panel is included for management of accounts, websites, databases, email and backups. Security is augmented with CPFence.

Do you handle email deliverability?

Outbound email is handled by MailBaby with robust filtering and high deliverability. Clients can create mailboxes and send via SMTP.

Backups and snapshots?

We maintain provider backups for safety, but we recommend clients also keep their own off‑platform backups for critical data.
