We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable US federal and state laws. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. For example, billing records are retained for tax and accounting purposes, while support tickets are retained for customer service history. Upon account termination, we will delete personal information within 30 days unless legal obligations require longer retention. Customers are responsible for backing up their hosted content before account termination.
